Projects of Note

  • Mallory guided Body Electric through a 2-year rebranding and DEI journey as they transitioned into a non-profit organization. She facilitated community listening and market research groups that guided the organization's growth and created collaborative buy-in. She developed messaging, brand identity, fundraising, and strategic marketing plans, as well as a re-launch strategy that re-introduced them to their community and welcomed them into previously unreached, diverse audiences and deeper participation from their current audience.

  • Mallory conducted an in-depth audit of CWA's branding and communications and created a comprehensive Strategic Marketing Plan to guide ongoing messaging development.

With a focus on communicating clearly across various distinct audiences, she provided strategic consulting to support the ongoing messaging, press, branding, and marketing development for CWA's team.

She collaborated with the team to develop effective internal processes and procedures to implement the strategy effectively.

  • Mallory served as the Executive Director of CVSID from 2018-2023. In her role, she excelled at creating an array of community partnerships, developing an annual calendar of free programming for the neighborhood, and building fundraising efforts through corporate sponsorship and grant writing.

She built and maintained relationships with over 100 local businesses, 45 non-profit organizations, and over 300 local artists. She developed a robust marketing strategy/program to support the organizational goals and ensure the success of the neighborhood's efforts.
